I'm Amanda, a plus size runner.. and also a health professional. Quite the contradiction right? I'm a wife and momma in Alabama though I've lived all over the USA. I've been fat and skinny and fatter and skinnier, but the consistent factor is that I've battled my weight my entire life. This is my place, my blog, my spot. I'm an exercise physiologist, a fat girl runner, and a firm believer that you don't have to be a typical body size or type to be an athlete. I give free tips, review products I like, and some I don't. I race and share my success and failures. I eat good food and bitch about eating food that my body just needs sometimes.
